Thank you for all your hard work this week and being more solution focused to our high sickness level which recently has had a huge impact on the smooth running of the nursery.
I think it is important that we have more opportunities as leaders and supervisors to have regular 'hall meetings' on Mondays to discuss what has not gone well and to celebrate what has. It also gives you an opportunity to share your staffs opinions on how we can continue to improve.
Morning Drop Offs
It has been noticed that more and more parents are coming earlier and waiting outside and that someone is allowing the parents in at 8.00 when most of the team are not on the shop floor! This puts pressure on our colleagues as there is no one to answer the phone, doors or talk to parents.
The expectation is that you are ready and prepared to be on the shop floor for 8.00 this is usually a few mins before 8.00.
IMPORTANT DATE- THURSDAY 20th Joy & David Roadshow!! 18.30ish to 21.00. Food will be provided!
SATURDAY 29th - STAFF DEVELOPMENT DAY 09:00-13:00.
