Well done for keeping up the good work and supporting Jemma and Naomi in their role switch last week.
I would like everyone to write down some notes about how the week went, what worked well and what didn't go so well along with what you are going to take from it and put into your own practice. If you could pop these in an email to me that would be great so they can be used in the next supervisions and remember honesty is best!
As discussed in the team meeting on 18th September the open up time is the perfect opportunity for key working so please ensure you use this time wisely and complete observations and two year checks that need completing.
We have our Macmillan coffee morning and need all of you to spread the word and sell, sell, sell, those raffle tickets £1 per strip, whether they can attend or not the money goes to a great cause!
