Thank you to all those who have worked above and beyond their hours. With help from Jo I have been able to give some of these back as a day off in the week- please enjoy this and know it is greatly appreciated that you have all pulled together :)
Keep up the good work and remember to use those buzz words when having professional discussions with your colleagues to ensure you are gaining confidence for discussions with an OFSTED inspector.
I will be catching up with all staff over the next couple of weeks to see how your training is going to support any areas of weakness following your ofsted quiz feedback.
