Dear Staff,
We are swapping things up temporarily to inspire us with new ideas to take back into our own practice. Jemma and Naomi are swapping for a couple of weeks to see how they work in the different rooms with different routines and staff. Please support them in their roles and remember that communication above all is KEY to make this successful. I want you all to make notes on the weeks ahead about what you found useful from the switch and what you want to change when things go back to 'normal'. Joy will follow this up with supervisions following.
This week is particularly busy too with the following taking place:
Monday- Payroll, I am in 'Do not disturb' mode that day, working in the staffroom
Tuesday- Joy coming to see Naomi and Sallyanne for supervisions & Staff meeting @6pm for all staff to attend.
Wednesday- Myra from HV team coming @ 10am
Thursday- Liz coming to see us from DCC on Thursday @ 9.15am
Friday- Jo from Children's Centre coming @ 10am & Janis from Portage to see two children from Toddlers @10am.
